Gezdikçe: Hesap ve veri silme

Hesabınızı ve Gezdikçe'deki bütün verilerinizi silebilirsiniz.

Uygulamadan (önerilen, hemen gerçekleşir)

1. Profil sekmesini açın.
2. Ayarlar → "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil".
3. Onaylayın.

Hesabı silmeden verilerin bir kısmını silmek

• Gezdiğin il ve ilçeler: Haritam'da ile dokun → "İl işaretini kaldır".
• Yorumun: yerin sayfasında yorumunu düzenle → "Yorumu sil".
• "Gitmek istiyorum" listesindeki bir yer: yerin sayfasında ya da listede → "Listeden çıkar".
• Gezi planındaki bir durak: planda durağın silme düğmesi.

Diğer veriler (yer ziyaretleri, Gezi Puanı) için hesabın tamamını silin ya da e-postayla yazın.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Google ile giriş yaptıysanız, bu hesabın e-posta adresinden yazmanız yeterlidir. İsteğiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size bildirilir.

Silinenler

• Hesabınız (anonim kimlik ya da Google hesabı bağlantısı), dil tercihiniz.
• Gezdiğiniz iller, ilçeler ve yerler; Gezi Puanı ve rozetler.
• "Gitmek istiyorum" listeniz, gezi planlarınız.
• Yorumlarınız ve puanlarınız.

Saklananlar

• Gönderdiğiniz bildirimler ("Yanlış mı? Bildir", "Yorumu bildir") kimliğinizden ayrılarak saklanabilir; size bağlanamaz.
• Silinen veriler yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde çıkar.
• Premium aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; Google Play → Abonelikler'den iptal edin. Satın alma kayıtları Google Play'in kendi kurallarına göre saklanır.

You can delete your account and all your data in Gezdikçe.

In the App (recommended, immediate)

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Settings → "Delete my account and data".
3. Confirm.

Deleting some of your data without deleting the account

• Visited provinces and districts: on My Map, tap a province → "Unmark province".
• A review: on the place page, edit your review → "Delete review".
• A place on your "Want to go" list: on the place page or in the list → "Remove from list".
• A stop in a trip plan: the stop's delete button in the plan.

For other data (place visits, Trip Score) delete the whole account or email us.

If you cannot access the App Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to [email protected]. If you signed in with Google, writing from that account's email address is enough. Your request is completed within 30 days and you will be notified.

What is deleted

• Your account (anonymous ID or Google account link) and language preference.
• Provinces, districts and places you visited; Trip Score and badges.
• Your "Want to go" list and trips.
• Your reviews and ratings.

What is kept

• Reports you sent ("Something wrong? Report it", "Report review") may be kept without your identity; they cannot be linked to you.
• Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a premium subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under its own rules.
